The concept designs for this site propose building two houses – one a luxury villa and the other a smaller guest house. A large swimming pool is proposed on the lower part of the site.

This is a renovation project rather than a new build development.
 
Church Valley is a rural location in villagei, which is only ten minutes drive from some of the best beaches in Montenegro. The site is in the middle of existing farmland and has three ruins.This village is a traditional farming community and is designated as a protected zone by the heritage department of Kotor Municipality.
