Stone house situated in the baroque town of Perast. House consists from the ground floor where there is a living room with kitchen and dining room. Inner stairs are leading to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. With anothe flight of stairs one is going to the attic where there are two bedrooms, small kitchen and a bathroom. This floor has also another entrance so that it is possible to adapt it into separate apartment.

House has lovely views to the sea. It has also a small courtyard where one can sit and enjoy the views.
