Ponta Veslo Village is situated in an area of Lustica which is in the imminent process of being urbanised. In addition to the existing planning rights defined by the current registered building structure, it is anticipated that the new urban plan for this area will allow for a total building density of 80% over three levels.
 Ponta Veslo Village is located on the Lustica Penincula above Ponta Vesla and has open views of the Adriatic.
